Boot Camp- This no holds barred workout includes cardio as well as muscle conditioning drills and exercises. Each day brings fresh, creative exercises that help break through fitness plateaus; while enjoying a positive, motivating, team-building environment. All fitness levels welcome.

Core & Stretching Classes (Pilates/Yoga)
Core Class-Combination of Functional Fitness and abdominal exercises to strengthen the muscles surrounding the spine. Basic stretches included to assist in injury prevention.

Holy Yoga - A peaceful setting. Focusing on breathing, concentration, balance, and flexibility. Suitable for all fitness levels. Health benefits of stress reduction.
Experiential worship specifically created to deepen your connection to Christ. Our sole purpose is to combine world class yoga with a Christ honoring experience that offers an opportunity to believers and non-believers alike to authentically connect with God. We do this by integrating His Word, prayer, worship and the physical practice of yoga to contemporary and Christian music. visit www.holyyoga.net for more information. Holy Fusion (Yogilates) - Tone and build long, lean muscles without bulk. Restore postural alignment. Create a stronger, more flexible spine. Increase joint range of motion. Improve circulation. Experience a workout of the body and peace of mind. Combines all the health benefits of Yoga with a wonderful core strengthening routine. Scripture Meditation is incorporated into every class. Class closes with 15 min relaxation. All levels are welcome.

Cardio Classes
Cycle- (spinning) Set up you stationary cycle and pedal up a fun upbeat class to get your heart racing. Sweat like never before, great cardio workout for any level.

DodgeBall Bootcamp - No wrentches allowed. Fun way to mix up your work-out, Excellent Cardio. Finish with a good sweat and a smile :)

Kickboxing - An exciting high-energy class designed to get your heart pumping and get a great sculpting workout.

Step Class -Both aerobic and anaerobic exercises in a creative class integrating step platform and floor training. Use of many different accessories keeps your workout interesting and fun. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

Kid's Fitness Toddler Games - Fun activities for walking age 18months - 2 years old to develop and increase gross motor skills and tumbling.

Kid's Fitness Youth Games - Fun activities to get ages 3-6 moving and burning off energy. The kid's usually call it their "bootcamp" ;)

Zumbatomics- Kids love to crank up the music, shake, wiggle and have a blast with their friends. So why not get fit while they're at it? Choreography teaches the kids rhythm, focus & coordination. Each class is finished with a cool down and stretch. Zumba dance for Ages 6-12
Thursday nights 5pm
Youth Yoga- Designed to increase focus and concentration through breathing techniques, and movement of the body increasing balance, coordination, and flexibility. Christian teachings on Love, peace, joy, respect, perseverance, overcoming obstacles, and honoring one another. For ages 8-12. Space limited to 10 kids.
Our Zumba instructors are available for outside events, fund raisers, parties, and other gatherings.
